Call for Class Chairs

Congratulations! Your reunion year is right around the corner.

The Alumni Association is searching for dedicated alumni from Reunion Classes: 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009, & 2014 to become Class Chairs.

As a Class Chair, you will aid in recruiting for the Alumni Association Dinner Dance and Gala weekend in form of either phone calls, e-mails and/or letters.

The alumnus selected will be provided with the following documents:

1. Confidentiality agreement – please sign and return via email, regular mail or fax

2. Draft letters – please review, make any changes, and send back to me via email, mail or fax

3. Class Lists – please let us know if you have more up-to-date contact information for fellow alumni

4. Journal advertising – For those interested in advertising with us. A $1,000 advertisement includes two tickets for the weekend.

5. Awards – let us know of classmates who are particularly accomplished.  The best award nominations come from you!

6. Draft Schedule- Will be subject to change.
