Howard Dorfman, MD' 51 is fully retired and living in Manhattan after a sixty year career in musculoskeletal pathology, holding teaching positions at three different medical schools (Johns Hopkins, Mount Sinai’s Icahn School of Medicine, and Albert Einstein School of Medicine), author of four textbooks of musculoskeletal pathology, and 177 published papers in orthopedic disorders.
Sidney Winawer, MD ‘56 is now Emeritus Chief of the GI , Nutrition, Hepatology Service and Chair Cancer Prevention Program, Memorial Sloan Kettering. He has given up clinical practice but continues to be active in research at MSK and the NYC Coalition for the control of Colorectal Cancer and nationally. He enjoys life with his wife Barbara, 3 childrenand 6 grandchildren.
Edward E. Conway Jr., MD' 84
was the recipient of the 2020 Distinguished Career Award from the Section on Critical Care of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He was also named the Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at the Lewis M. Fraad Department of Pediatrics at Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx, New York.
